Trenton Police Department
The mission of the Trenton Police Department is to protect, serve, and assist citizens when conditions arise that may affect the well-being of the individual and the community. Cooperating with others in the community, Police Officers will work to prevent and detect crime, protect life and property, and achieve a peaceful society free from fear of crime and disorder.
Members of the Trenton Police Department will strive continually for excellence and maintain peace through service, integrity, leadership, and fair treatment to all.
The Trenton Police Department holds a fundamental goal of providing down to earth community relations programs such as Coffee with a Cop, Lunch with Law Enforcement, Pizza with the Police, Shop with a Cop, and Cops ‘n Bobbers. These programs are intended to help maintain trust, reinforce transparency, and facilitate an opportunity for positive encounters between Police Officers and citizens.
We encourage any business or organization wishing to host or inquire about any of our meet & greet events to contact the Trenton Police Department by calling (660) 359-5557 or by emailing Chief Rex Ross at rross@trentonmo.com.
